Toast Chicken Wraps
1.
Wash the chicken breasts to control the moisture, and change the knife into strips (pictured)

Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, rosemary, sugar and marinate for ten minutes
3.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, up and down, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
4.
Flip and bake for another 15 minutes
5.
After baking, put it in the crisper and put it in the refrigerator. When you eat it, it can be eaten in the microwave for three mornings.
