Toast with Chocolate Sauce

Put all the ingredients except butter and chocolate sauce into the bread bucket, select the "Hefeng Bread" program and the corresponding weight and baking color, and press the "Start" button

When the bread is slightly smooth, add softened butter and continue the procedure

After the kneading process is over, take out the dough, gently pull out this large film, and finish kneading

When the dough has grown to 2.5 times its original size, dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole in the middle of the top of the dough without shrinking or collapsing. After fermentation is complete, press the "Pause" button in the bread maker program.

Tips:
One-click toast is completed. If the weather is cold, you can observe the fermentation process of the bread. You must at least double the size of the bread before you can start baking. If the weather is hot, there is no such concern! The chocolate sauce is made by melting dark chocolate and light cream. If there is a ready-made sauce, it will save trouble, and it can be replaced with other jams.
