Tofu

Chop the ham and celery.

Cut the tofu into thin slices.

Take a piece of tofu and coat it with dried starch.

Coat the egg liquid again.

Add an appropriate amount of blended oil to the pot, and add the tofu coated with egg liquid.

Fry until golden brown on the surface, remove and drain the oil.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add the ham and stir fry, then add the celery and stir well.

Add a little water and boil, add abalone juice, salt and mix well.
9.
Add the fried tofu and a little soy sauce to a stew.

For more flavor, use bamboo sticks or pointed chopsticks to poke each piece of tofu a few times.

Put the tofu out of the pot first, continue to boil the soup left in the pot until thick, and pour the collected soup onto the tofu.
Tips:
For this kind of vegetarian dish, it’s best to prepare a bowl of broth, which I don’t have at home, so I use abalone juice to adjust the taste
