Change the tofu into such a big thick slice for later use.

Tofu wrapped in egg liquid.

The tofu slices coated with egg liquid are deep-fried in the pan until golden brown to remove the oil.

Add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add shrimp skins, and add light soy sauce.

Add the garlic slices under the water and mix the dark soy sauce.

Add tofu over high heat to collect juice and starch to thicken.
