Tofu Braised Vermicelli

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

The vermicelli soaks well.

Side dishes: sauerkraut, celery, dried chili, garlic.

In a frying pan, saute the garlic and dried chilies.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water to boil.

Pour the vermicelli.
