Tofu Mixed with Celery Leaves

Wash the celery leaves and soak them in cold water for 5 minutes.

Wash the tofu well.
3.
Cut the tofu into pieces.

The celery leaves are blanched in the boiling pot and then drained.

Boil the tofu in the boiling pot and remove it to drain.
6.
Put the blanched celery leaves into a container, add salt and stir.

Add MSG and stir.
8.
Add sesame oil and stir.
9.
Stir evenly into the dish.
10.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil to tofu and stir well.
11.
Put the tofu on the celery leaves.
12.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Blanch the celery leaves and remove them once they are blanched, and cook the tofu for a while.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
