Tofu Noodles
1.
The peanuts are deep-fried in a cold pan, remove the excess oil with absorbent paper.
2.
Take a large bowl and add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder, pepper oil, and sesame oil.
3.
Add appropriate amount of chili oil.
4.
Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and stir the seasoning evenly.
5.
Wash the soft tofu, cut into pieces, and put in a bowl. (It’s better to use bean curd, I can’t buy it, so I use soft bean curd instead)
6.
Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the right amount of noodles, stir gently with chopsticks, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 30 seconds.
7.
Transfer the noodles into a bowl with seasonings, then add an appropriate amount of minced garlic, chopped mustard, chopped green onion and peanuts. (The garlic, mustard and green onion are processed in advance, I forgot to take it)
