Tofu Rice Sandwich
1.
Cut the northern tofu into 1cm thick slices, boil in salted water, remove the surface water with kitchen towels
2.
Put it in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, and fry on low heat.
3.
After the bottom of the tofu is fried until it is golden and slightly hard, turn it over and continue to fry on a low fire. Fry both sides until golden, and place it on a kitchen paper towel to absorb the remaining oil.
4.
With the remaining warm and remaining oil in the pan, fry an egg until it is eighty mature, then take it out and let it cool for later use. I used a 3-inch square metal mold, and the omelette made in this way has a regular shape. If you don't have any words, you don't need to. After frying, cut the eggs a little bit smaller than the tofu.
5.
Take a piece of grilled seaweed and spread it on the sushi roll, press the right amount of rice into the shape and thickness of fried tofu, and place the washed lettuce leaves on top
6.
Spread your favorite vegetables such as fried eggs, purple cabbage or cucumber on top, and squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing between each layer.
7.
Brush a little Korean hot sauce on the fried tofu, cover it (you can also put a slice of breakfast cheese in the middle), and wrap the stack with the outer layer of roasted seaweed. The wrapping method is to fold the left side to the right, the right side to the left, and the bottom side to fold up. Korean chili sauce can also be replaced with other favorite sauces. If you use garlic chili sauce, it will be saltier, so the amount should be controlled. Korean chili sauce is sweet and spicy, not very spicy.
8.
Finally, you can squeeze Thousand Island dressing or salad dressing on the surface according to personal preference, and you can eat it. It is very convenient to eat the outer layer of seaweed with your hands. It will not stain your hands or scum.
