Tofu Roasted Vegetables

Pick the vegetables, wash them, and blanch them in water.

Cut the greens into thin strips with a knife and chop the green onions.
3.
Tofu slices.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.
5.
Add tofu and fry until slightly brown.
6.
Add the greens and stir fry evenly.
7.
Season with salt, light soy sauce, and serve.
