Tofu Sea Oyster Soup

1. Wash the sea oysters with water, and wash away the remaining shells and silt.

2. The washed water settles for later use.

3. Cut tofu into pieces.

4. Blanch the tofu cubes with salt in the water.

5. Heat up the pan and heat oil, saute the chives and add a little allspice powder.

6. Pour the settled sea oyster water in slowly, and don't pour in the sediment at the bottom of the bowl. The soup is not enough to make up with water.

7. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of salt.

8. Boil open into tofu cubes.

9. Boil the tofu for a while, and put in the sea oysters for about ten minutes.

10. Turn off the heat when the soup is bubbling, and the remaining heat is hot enough to cook the sea oysters for too long.

11. Sprinkle some green onion leaves, the finished product.

Tips:

Don't cook sea oysters for too long, they won't taste good when they are old.
