Roll the enoki mushrooms with tofu skin, and then fry them in a pan until they are charred. Afterwards, sprinkle a layer of barbecue material on it. It tastes very barbecued, especially for children.

Tofu Skin Enoki Mushroom Roll

1. Clean the enoki mushrooms, cut off the bottom and tear them into small flowers

2. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, and spread the threaded enoki mushrooms in the pan

3. Sprinkle some garlic

4. Fry on one side until you turn it over, and fry on each side

5. Add some light soy sauce

6. Add a little oyster sauce

Tips:

A toothpick is too long to pass through. It is best to use half a toothpick to wear it, or cut off the tips of the two ends of the toothpick and wear it only in the middle, so that it will not hurt your mouth when eating. Fry slowly over low heat, so that the tofu skin will be more crispy.
