Tofu Skin Enoki Mushroom Roll

Clean the enoki mushrooms, cut off the bottom and tear them into small flowers

Tips:
A toothpick is too long to pass through. It is best to use half a toothpick to wear it, or cut off the tips of the two ends of the toothpick and wear it only in the middle, so that it will not hurt your mouth when eating. Fry slowly over low heat, so that the tofu skin will be more crispy.
