Tofu Stewed with Crucian Carp

Remove the scales and gills of the crucian carp, and scrape the black belly in the abdominal cavity and wash it.

Tofu slices.

Slice ginger and cut dried chili into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add crucian carp and fry until golden on both sides.

Push the fish to the side of the pan, add the ginger slices and dried chilies and stir until fragrant.

Add soy sauce.

Put an appropriate amount of water and boil for ten minutes.
