Tofu with Chestnuts

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the chestnuts in water for 2-3 minutes.

The boiled chestnuts are easy to peel.

Cut the tofu into pieces about the size of chestnuts.

Cut bitter gourd into pieces; cut ginger into small pieces, diced green onions, and wash tempeh.

Fry the tofu in a pan until golden brown and ready for use; of course, it can be fried in a pan.

Stir ginger, green onions and tempeh in a frying pan until fragrant.

Add tofu and chestnut and stir fry.

Add half a bowl of water. It is better to have a clear soup. Add pepper, soy sauce and sugar, and simmer on a low heat.

Boil until the juice is dry, add bitter gourd and cook for another 2 minutes.
