Tofu with Fish Roe

After the roe is cleaned, soak it in clean water and set aside, then cut the tofu into pieces, then prepare ginger, garlic, dried chili and pepper,

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, heat the oil and put the fish roe in the pan for frying, and while frying, add the ginger,

After the fish roe is fried on one side, add garlic, dried chili and pepper, then turn the fish roe over and fry, and then add two spoons of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

After the cooking wine evaporates, pour 500ml of water into the pot, then put the tofu into the pot, add salt, pepper, MSG and soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

Add some water starch to harvest the juice before it is out of the pot, and then sprinkle the chopped green onion.
