Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the tofu into small cubes, about 1.5 cm square.

Put it in the pot and cook it, the cooked tofu can be better shaped and won't fall apart with one touch.

Remove and set aside.

Prepare the ginger garlic peppercorns for later use.

Choose fat or lean pork, cut into small pieces.

Use a blender to beat into a puree.

Heat the oil pan, add the bean paste and stir fry.

Add pork, ginger garlic and pepper, stir fry together to create a fragrance.

Scatter the minced meat with a spatula, wait for the minced meat to change color, stir-fry the flavor and add an appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients.
