This dish is suitable for choosing soft tofu, also known as water tofu, which has a fine and elastic texture and a delicious taste without the smell of stinky tofu. Although this dish looks red in color, it is not as spicy as imagined. Friends who like spicy can add some dried chilies to it to make it more flavorful.

Tofu with Minced Meat

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes, about 1.5 cm square.

2. Put it in the pot and cook it, the cooked tofu can be better shaped and won't fall apart with one touch.

3. Remove and set aside.

4. Prepare the ginger garlic peppercorns for later use.

5. Choose fat or lean pork, cut into small pieces.

6. Use a blender to beat into a puree.

7. Heat the oil pan, add the bean paste and stir fry.

8. Add pork, ginger garlic and pepper, stir fry together to create a fragrance.

9. Scatter the minced meat with a spatula, wait for the minced meat to change color, stir-fry the flavor and add an appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients.

10. After the water is boiled, add the tofu and cook it.

11. Sprinkle salt, MSG and mix well before serving, and sprinkle with shallots.
