Tofu with Mushrooms and Oil

Prepare the materials first.

Soak the mushrooms in advance.

Add fungus, a little carrot, green onion, and ginger to the minced meat.

Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, add a little starch and oil and stir well.

Stuff the minced meat into the oily tofu, half full.

Heat oil in a medium-low heat in a casserole, add shiitake mushrooms and fry for a while.

Add oily tofu, add braised soy sauce and mix well to color.

Add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
9.
Peel and slice carrots, and cut broccoli into small florets.
10.
Finally, add carrots and broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. The minced meat in the oily tofu is more delicious without being too full. Of course you don’t need to add meat
2. Save the last juice so that it doesn't burn too dry.
