Tofu with Parsley

Gaobeidian tofu shreds 150 grams, tofu shreds are purchased at Yonghui Supermarket, and coriander is a spare.

Remove the root of coriander, wash and cut into sections, shred carrots, and shreds tofu.

Put light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil on the shredded carrot and coriander and mix thoroughly.

The shredded tofu itself has a salty taste. Spread it on the mixed carrot and parsley by rubbing it with your hands, and place it in the refrigerator with a lid.
