A very refreshing home-cooked dish, very delicious.

Tofu with Pine Flower Egg and Internal Fat

1. Steam the inner fat tofu and songhua egg on the pot

2. Tofu to control the water, soak the songhua eggs in cold water.

3. Songhua egg slices

4. Cut the coriander into small-inch sections and the green onions into small-inch sections. Put it in a small pot with the egg.

5. Add tofu, light soy sauce, refined salt and monosodium glutamate and mix well.

Tips:

The internal fat tofu is easy to break, so be careful when mixing. My mix is broken, but it doesn't affect the taste. I like to steam the Songhua Eggs, they taste very good.
