Tofu with Shallots

Prepare tofu.

Cut into small cubes and put in a plate.

Wash the shallots, coriander, and garlic.
4.
Chop them separately.
5.
Adjust the sauce: add appropriate amount of soy sauce, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence, and stir well.
6.
Spread the chopped coriander, chopped green onion, and minced garlic on the tofu.
7.
Just add the juice.
