Tofu with Soy Sauce
1.
Ingredients: 400 grams of northern tofu, 3 coriander stalks, 4 shallots, 2 millet peppers, 2 teaspoons of soybean paste, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, a little MSG, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar
2.
Place a pot on the fire to boil water, add the northern tofu and cook for two to three minutes, remove and let cool
3.
When blanching the tofu, take care of the auxiliary materials. Cut the coriander into sections, pat the shallots with a knife and cut them into small sections diagonally, and cut the millet pepper into small circles for later use.
4.
Put the soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, a little sugar, and millet pepper in the auxiliary ingredients into a bowl and mix well to form a sauce for later use.
5.
The tofu that has been cooled slightly is simply and roughly broken into small pieces by hand. (It’s easier to break it by hand than to cut it with a knife)
6.
Add the chopped green onion and coriander, and top with the adjusted sauce.
7.
Just mix well. Such a simple, delicious soy sauce mixed with tofu is ready, rich in nutrients, suitable for all ages, and appetizing and serving meals.
