Tofu with Spicy Sauce

Cut the tofu into slices.

Add tofu slices with salted pepper powder and cumin powder and mix gently. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash coriander and cut into sections.

Take a bowl, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chicken powder, starch and water to blend into a bowl of juice.
5.
Heat oil in a pot and add the marinated tofu slices.
6.
Fry until golden and remove.
7.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot and sauté the dried pepper and pepper.
8.
Pour the juice into a bowl and bring to a boil until thick.
9.
Add the fried tofu skin and stir evenly, sprinkle with coriander before serving.
