Tomato and Egg Braised Pork Noodles

After the tomatoes are washed, boil the water and peel them.

After the noodles are cooked to seven or eight minutes, they should be too cold in cold water. Don't pour out the noodle soup, you will need to use it later.

After the eggs are beaten into egg liquid, add a small amount of cooking wine, put the oil in the pan, and scramble the eggs for later use.

Cut the peeled tomatoes and chop the green onions.

Tips:
Choose tomatoes that are well-ripe and red so that they will be juicy. Chopped green onions are best to choose scallions~~~
