The first thing after getting up is "so hungry"! But there is always no appetite! Ever since I worked out this method, I will always make it and eat it! People who have eaten are full of appetites! You can also try when nothing happens! Because I don’t like to eat scrambled eggs, I beat them up and put them in the pot... You can also beat poached eggs or scrambled eggs to make the color more beautiful! "

Tomato and Egg Noodle Soup

1. Cross the tomatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water to boil. The skins of the tomatoes can be easily removed (be careful not to burn your hands)

2. Peel and dice

3. Mince garlic sprouts

4. Cut the greens into small pieces (I chose the existing ingredients at home, so I had to make do with it! I usually use Shanghai greens for most of the greens!)

5. Two eggs (beaten and set aside)

6. Put oil in the pot

7. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and garlic and saute

8. Pour diced tomatoes and stir fry

9. Add salt to taste

10. Right amount of chicken essence

11. South Germany moderate amount (if you don't have it, you can omit it)

12. Add half a bowl of water

13. Continue to stir fry into tomato sauce

14. Add boiling water to boil

15. Right amount of noodles (quantity depends on the person)

16. Add cabbage after boiling

17. Boil again and pour the egg liquid

1. Wash the tomatoes, use a knife to cross into the boiling water pot and cook for a while, the tomato skin is easily removed! (Note: Be careful of hot hands)

2. You don't need to pour out the water after blanching tomatoes, you can use it later!
