Tomato and Egg Noodle Soup

Cross the tomatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water to boil. The skins of the tomatoes can be easily removed (be careful not to burn your hands)

Peel and dice

Mince garlic sprouts

Cut the greens into small pieces (I chose the existing ingredients at home, so I had to make do with it! I usually use Shanghai greens for most of the greens!)

Two eggs (beaten and set aside)

Put oil in the pot

After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and garlic and saute

Pour diced tomatoes and stir fry

Add salt to taste

Right amount of chicken essence

South Germany moderate amount (if you don't have it, you can omit it)

Add half a bowl of water

Continue to stir fry into tomato sauce

Add boiling water to boil

Right amount of noodles (quantity depends on the person)

Add cabbage after boiling

Boil again and pour the egg liquid

Drop a little sesame oil and get out of the pot!

Tips:
1. Wash the tomatoes, use a knife to cross into the boiling water pot and cook for a while, the tomato skin is easily removed! (Note: Be careful of hot hands)
2. You don't need to pour out the water after blanching tomatoes, you can use it later!
