Super simple noodle soup, Erbao can eat noodles as I like. I made the leftover wonton wrappers from the pot stickers yesterday and gave Erbao a delicious tomato and egg noodle soup.

Tomato and Egg Noodle Soup

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Tomato peeled and chopped

3. Wash and cut lettuce, chopped green onion, and ginger ready

8. Open the water into the wonton wrapper, stir while putting it

9. The wonton wrapper is very thin, so you don’t need to cook it for too long, put it all in the pot, and then add the beaten egg

10. Add the sauteed tomatoes and mix well

11. Add lettuce, stir well, taste the salt taste is right, add chopped green onion and chicken essence

12. Chopped green onion can be added according to personal preference
