Tomato and Egg Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients you need

2. Green pepper cut into small pieces

3. Garlic cut into small pieces

4. Tomatoes cut into small pieces

5. Beat the eggs in a bowl, beat them with chopsticks

6. Pour oil in the pan, add the eggs, fry them, put them on a plate and set aside

7. Pour oil in the pan again, and stir-fry the tomatoes to get the juice

8. Add green pepper and scrambled eggs

9. Add appropriate amount of salt, a little soy sauce, and stir fry evenly

10. Add a small amount of water to boil first, after the eggs are visibly soaked, add half a pot of water and add salt

11. After the water has boiled, add the noodles, stir with chopsticks during the time, cook until it is soft and hard to your liking, and you can get it out of the pot.

Tips:

Tomatoes need to be fried to make them delicious!
