Tomato Beef Noodle

Prepare the ingredients.

Beef slices, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, starch, and vegetable oil to marinate for a while.

The tomatoes are blanched in boiling water for dozens of seconds, and they peel off well.

Slice the tomato, shred the ginger, and smash the garlic into small pieces.

Boil water in the pot and add the noodles.

Slightly boil the noodles and remove them.

Take it out and soak in cold water.

Tips:
The noodles do not need to be cooked for the first time, and the noodles will be too soft if they are not cooked again.
Cook the noodles, remove them and let them soak in the cold to avoid sticking them all together.
The beef will be more delicious after marinating, add some cornstarch, and vegetable oil will be more tender.
