Tomato Boiled Tofu

The tofu is marinated in brine for 15 minutes and then drained.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces

Cut green onion into sections for later use

Heat the pan with oil, then add the tomatoes and stir fry

When the tomatoes are soft, add tofu
6.
Use a spatula to cut each tofu into 4 small pieces, add salt in advance to taste

Add light soy sauce to make the color better
8.
Keep simmering for a while
9.
Put the green onions into the tomatoes and cook for a while, then serve
