Tomato Carrot Egg Congee

Cut tomatoes into large pieces, mince carrots, cut long beans into thin slices, mince garlic and onions, and stir in eggs until the egg mixture.

Rinse the rice and bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Add carrots.

Add long beans and cook for about 10 minutes.

Then add the minced garlic and shallot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the egg mixture and stir.

Then add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Finally, add some soy sauce to color, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to taste.

Tips:
Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan.
