Tomato Egg Cat Ears

200 grams of tomato sauce, appropriate amount of four-color cat ears, one egg, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic. The recipe is for one person only.

Put the right amount of oil in the wok, and mix the eggs first.

The oil temperature of scrambled eggs should be higher, so that the eggs will swell up quickly after being put in the pan, and use chopsticks or a spatula to quickly scatter and serve.

Without cleaning the wok, continue to add a little oil. When the oil is hot, it will become chives, ginger, garlic, and green chili.

Pour in tomato sauce and stir fry, add appropriate amount of five-spice powder, salt and soy sauce to taste
