Tomato Hot and Sour Potato Chips

Tomato, cut into small pieces. Can be peeled in advance.

After peeling the potatoes, slice them into a bit thick, so that they taste good.

Chili, cut into pieces on the hob.

Onion, finely chopped. Shallots, finely chopped.

Garlic, finely chopped, set aside.

Warm the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the onion for a fragrant flavor.

Add pickled chili sauce and stir-fry on low heat to produce red oil.

Add the tomato cubes and continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry the tomatoes into a sauce.

Add potato chips, stir-fry, and simmer slightly. Season, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, and salt. You can add some water if there is little soup.

The potato chips are simmered for about 5-10 minutes, and they are almost ripe. Add the chili and stir fry until it is cut off.

After the pepper is broken, add the minced garlic, stir fry until it tastes, and it can be out of the pot.

The finished product, sprinkle the shallots on it, and you can eat it. Hot and sour, not bad 😋
