Tomato Konjac Flower

1. Main and auxiliary materials: konjac flowers, tomatoes, green onion and ginger.

2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, rinse the konjac flowers and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

4. Add tomatoes and stir fry.
