Tomato Konjac Flower

Main and auxiliary materials: konjac flowers, tomatoes, green onion and ginger.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, rinse the konjac flowers and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.
4.
Add tomatoes and stir fry.
5.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
6.
Add spare konjac flowers and cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and sugar to taste.
7.
Add MSG for freshness and juice collection.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Because konjac flower is an instant food, soak it in clean water before using it.
