Tomato Lamb's Tail, Bamboo Shoot and Potato Soup

Ingredients: potatoes (washed and peeled and sliced), tomatoes (washed and cut), lamb tail bamboo shoots (soaked in water, part of the salty taste is removed)

Put the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots on the cutting board and cut open.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the cut potatoes and lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.
