Tomato Long Lee Fish Noodle

Take the longli fish out of the refrigerator to thaw, dry the water with kitchen paper, cut into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and a small amount of pepper to marinate for 15 minutes;

Cross the top of the tomato with a knife and blanch it in boiling water. This makes it easy to peel! Take out the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into small cubes for later use;

Boil the marinated fish in boiling water and then remove it for later use;

Hot pot, pour olive oil;

Add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry continuously over medium heat;

Add two spoons of tomato sauce after the tomatoes are fry and continue to stir fry;

Add a bowl and a half of water;

After the water is boiled, put in the cooked longli fish cubes, cook for about 2 minutes, lightly heat;

Take another soup pot, pour water, boil, and then add the noodles;

Cook for about 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and quickly remove the noodles;

Pour the noodles into the tomato fish soup;

Bring to a boil over high heat, then add a teaspoon of salt to taste, and it's ready to be out of the pot!

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and eat!
