Tomato Meat Sauce Noodles

Prepare the ingredients;

Wash pork and chop into minced meat, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, apple cider vinegar, and a little salt to marinate for more than half an hour;

Wash tomatoes and onions and dice them for later use;

After heating the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil, then pour in the onion and stir fry until it is fragrant;

Pour in the marinated minced meat and stir fry until the color changes;

Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir fry until the juice comes out;

Pour in a bowl of hot water, boil and simmer on low heat;

Cook until it is thick and condensed, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the heat and set aside;

Put an appropriate amount of water and salt in another pot and cook the noodles. Add cold water 3 times during this period, so that the noodles will be more vigorous;

Take out the noodles and put them in cold boiling water;

Then remove and serve, add a few drops of corn oil, sprinkle some salt, and top with boiled meat sauce.
Tips:
1. The Golden Arowana + Aomai Fresh Egg Noodles is very strong in itself, so you don't need to add cold water many times when you cook the noodles;
2. Aumai noodles take a little longer to cook than ordinary dried noodles. The recommended time is 6-7 minutes. If you like to eat softer noodles, you can increase the cooking time appropriately according to your personal taste;
3. If you like to eat hot, you can skip step 10 directly;
4. If you like a more delicate taste, you can peel the tomatoes first and then dice them.
