Tomato Old Meatball Soup
1.
Chop the pork, add the same minced ginger and garlic, eggs, and salt, and mix well.
2.
Add 2 tablespoons of sweet potato flour to the meat that has been homogenized before, and then grasp it with your hands (hand grasping is more delicious and stronger).
3.
Cut the tomatoes, pour a small amount of peanut oil (lard is also possible) in the pan, pour the tomatoes into the hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of salt, and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water to the sauteed tomato pot and boil until boiling.
5.
After the tomato soup in the pot has boiled, we can scoop the just made meat filling into a round shape with a spoon, scoop it into the pot one by one, and cook it out of the pot.
Tips:
After the balls in the pot are all floating on the water, cook for another 5 minutes, and they will be fully cooked. The more sweet potato flour is added, the older the Yuanzi will be. If the taste is more tender, you can add less sweet potato flour.
