Tomato Sirloin Casserole

Materials are ready.

Bring water to a boil on the pot and blanch the sirloin.

Cut the tomato into small cubes and the onion into small cubes for later use.

Heat the ginger slices with oil in a casserole.

Add onions and stir fry.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry.

Fry the tomatoes until they are rotten and soft.

Bring water to a boil.

Add sirloin.

Add the right amount of tomato sauce, cooking wine and light soy sauce, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Use chopsticks to hold the lid of the pot against spillage.

After the sirloin is simmered, add a little salt to season and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
The portion I made is just for 1 to 2 people. If there are many people in the family, you need to change the pot.
