Tomato Sirloin Soup, Tomato Sirloin Noodles

1000g of sirloin, I made two catties.

For two catties of beef brisket, I used 2 thin carrots and 3 tomatoes. You can add more or less according to your preference, but the more carrots you put in the soup, the sweeter the soup.

Half or one onion, appropriate amount of garlic and ginger, two catties of the ingredients I used as shown in the picture.

The sirloin is cut into pieces and the size is arbitrary. I prefer the small pieces to be smaller. Boil the meat in a pot under cold water, and remove after boiling.

Put it out and put it in a casserole.

Peel the tomatoes, add sliced ginger, garlic, part of onion, and appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry the tomatoes evenly and pour them into the casserole, then pour the carrots.

Finally put a proper amount of onion and ginger slices in the casserole. If you like shiitake mushrooms, you can also add some shiitake mushrooms.

Finally, add hot water to the stew (I usually add hot water), add a proper amount of soy sauce to mix.

I usually cook the soup for two hours. The time depends mainly on the taste of the meat. It takes longer if you like the soft bite, and it doesn’t take too long for the hard bite to take about an hour and a half. The time is more flexible.

Add appropriate amount of salt 10-15 minutes before turning off the heat.

The meat I cut is relatively small and easy to cook. Tomato sirloin soup, simple and delicious, if you drink the soup, you don't need to put too much salt.

It can be eaten with noodles, but if you pair it with noodles, the broth has to be made saltier.

Whether you are drinking soup or eating noodles, this soup is a good delicacy in winter.
