Tongcao Crucian Carp Soup

Remove the scales and gills of the crucian carp, wash and hang to dry (or wipe dry with kitchen paper)

Then deep fry with flax until golden on both sides

Add ginger slices and grass to the soup pot, add 500ml of water after the crucian carp

After the high heat is boiled, simmer on a low heat until the soup turns white. Just add an appropriate amount of salt according to your taste before eating.
