Toothpick Beef

The prepared seasonings are: oyster sauce, green onion ginger water, dark soy sauce, starch, salt, pepper powder, chili powder, cumin powder.

Cut the beef into thin slices and then cut into small pieces of the same size.

Pour in scallion ginger water, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt, and stir well.

Add meat tenderizer and starch and stir evenly.

Wrap it with plastic wrap, then put it in the refrigerator and marinate for half an hour.

Skewer the meat with toothpicks.
