Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic, cut green pepper and onion into fine grains, and cut beef tenderloin into small slices with horizontal stripes

Rinse the blood and drain the beef slices, add salt and cooking wine until sticky, add green onion, ginger and garlic and soak for 10 minutes

Add red oil, pepper oil, chili powder, pepper powder, sugar, minced onion and green pepper, then add barbecue ingredients and cumin powder and mix well with beef skewers, add a little dry starch and mix well, finally add salad oil and mix well

Tips:
You can replace the chili powder with black pepper, and the taste will change drastically.
