Toothpick Pork Belly

Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Add a pinch of salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and marinate for half an hour.

The marinated pork belly is skewered with toothpicks.

Skewer all the meat slices one by one.

Finely chop the scallions and mince the ginger.

Brush the pan with a little oil, add the meat skewers to medium-low heat and fry until the color changes and the oil is ripe. Pour out.

Leave the frying oil in the bottom of the pan, add the minced ginger and chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the fried pork belly skewers and stir fry evenly.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, sugar and stir fry evenly.

Add chili powder and stir fry for a while.

Sprinkle in cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Tips:
When frying the pork belly, brush a little oil on the bottom of the pan, because the pork belly itself will produce oil.
