Tossed Asparagus

1. Wash the asparagus clean, the hard part at the bottom, don't stop it. For the slightly hard part, you can use a peeler to peel off the hard outer skin. Boil water in a skillet, add salt and blanch the asparagus until cooked, about 2 minutes after the water boils.

2. Adjust the juice: light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil.

3. Drain the asparagus and put it on a plate (I haven't tried the cold water again), with the shorter part underneath. Sprinkle: crushed red pepper after boiling water. (There is no garlic in the house, it will be more fragrant if there is one)

4. Just drizzle with the sauce.

Tips:

Asparagus has high nutritional value, so eat more when it's in season.
