Tossed Chives

Wash the prepared leeks.

Put clear water in a pot and boil the leeks.
3.
Cooked.
4.
Drain and cut into sections.
5.
Pour vinegar in a bowl and add some salt.
6.
Top with light soy sauce.
7.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
8.
Drizzle with chili oil and season with fresh.
9.
Just mix well.
