Tossed Potato Shreds

2 potatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 carrot, garlic, and green onions.

Shred potatoes.

Change the water several times to wash away the starch.

Cut green onion into sections, mince garlic, and shred green pepper.

Bring water to a boil, add carrots and potato shreds.

Add green pepper shreds at the end. Potatoes are very easy to cook, and this process takes only one or two minutes. Then remove the potato shreds and put it in cold water, it won’t be crisp after a long time.

Add the shredded potatoes to control the water, add the minced garlic, salt and sesame oil and stir well.
