Tossed Potato Shreds

Cut the potatoes into shreds.

Wash the potato shreds with clean water.
3.
Put potato shreds in cold water and cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat.

Remove the boiled potato shreds, pass it over with cold water, and serve.

Put the chili, salt, light soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well. Just pour it on the potato shreds.

It's cool and refreshing, and I love it.
