Tremella and Red Date Soup

Prepare ingredients. Soak the white fungus and dried lily in advance.

Red dates, washed, pitted, and diced. Soaked white fungus chopped finely. Lily, wash clean.

Put all the ingredients into the soymilk machine and add water to the first water level.

Finished product. Because of the white fungus, the taste is very glutinous, without sugar, because the jujube is already very sweet. After I made it, I added some milk to it, and the lid was stuffed for a few minutes to get a better taste.
