Tremella Keel Soup

Prepare all the ingredients first, and soak the white fungus for half an hour;

Boil an appropriate amount of boiling water and add the cleaned pork bones;

Boil for 5 minutes to remove the blood water, pick up and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook together with red dates and longans;

After the water is boiled, continue to boil for 5 minutes;

Add the pork bones and ginger slices from which the blood has been removed, and cook for 40 minutes on high heat;

Add the wolfberry that has been rinsed with water;

Wash the soaked white fungus and cut off the darker part of the head;
9.
Add white fungus and continue cooking;
10.
Cook for about half an hour to turn off the heat, add seasonings and eat.
