Tremella Peach Gum Sweet Soup

Prepare the required materials

Soak the peach gum and white fungus separately with water (the peach gum soaks for a longer time, depending on the size)

Red dates pitted and chopped

Tremella removes moisture and breaks up

Clean up the soaked peach gum
