Truffles are really hard to find, but they seem to be more used for stewing chicken. For this rare truffle, I bought a chicken to match it.
The lazy stewing method of the electric sand cooker is more trouble-free and does not require squatting. After I chopped the chicken, I found that one chicken was too much and had to eat several meals, half of it was enough.
I chose an automatic gear and simmered slowly without worrying about overflowing the pot. The broth rarely rolls, and a pot of clear chicken broth is stewed. The broth is clear and sparsely fat, which meets the low-fat standard. . .
A little less salt, or even leave it on, fresh. . . "
