The dough is ready! (Note: The pot Kui uses half-raised noodles, that is, the dough is slightly expanded, but there are no obvious bubbles. Be sure to pay attention to it. My dough is a little overgrown.)

Cut the beef into fine cubes, the smaller the better

Add pepper noodles, pepper noodles, salt, light soy sauce, a small amount of vegetable oil and a small amount of water to the diced beef, and mix well

Put oil on the chopping board, put the dough on the chopping board, knead it several times, and evenly divide it into several doses

Take a potion and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin, the thinner the better

Tips:
